It was so dang good! I ordered the fried Okra (amazing) and the side salad. I ordered the swai fish (never had it) and shrimp, pan grilled. I was very excited to try the pan grilled food being I had read so many good reviews on it! No regrets! First we ordered the fried green tomatoes, it needed a little salt but they were pretty amazing esp with the dipping sauce. Pros: This place is a hidden little box of gems! Every time we come to GS, we like to try a new place. we got key lime pie (made in-house) to go and had it for breakfast today with our coffee. I know there's a lot of restaurants to choose from around here but I think we made a great choice! Everything was wonderful. She was quick as a wink every time and had a great attitude. I'm sorry to say we run her butt too, asking for more cocktail sauce, more drawn butter and more beer. Our server was Chrissy and she couldn't have been better! She was running her tail off taking care of the crowds.

But they were very tasty, just not as much meat as I expected. I'd seen a photo on a different restaurant's website and they looked fat and delicious!! The ones served here were pretty skinny and not all what I had expected. I do have to say I was a bit disappointed with the fried crab claws. The taters were delicious as were the green beans. Not really because I ate all the shrimpies and crab and a lot of the fried crab claws. Everything was huge portions but I was sorry I had ordered so much. Yum!! I also ordered a fried crab claw appetizer. I ordered the combo platter which had crab legs, royal red shrimp, new potatoes and green beans. The menu had so many goodies it was hard to choose. All the young people were so friendly and brought so much energy to the evening.Īnyway, we got our table and was pleased that it was on the outside seating area. Everyone was in a great mood! It was st paddy's day and spring break so everything was crowded. The wait turned out to be about 40 minutes but we were talking and cutting up with the crowd so it went by pretty quickly. Decided to stay and wait, grabbed drinks at the bar and went outside. Ubered in for dinner and what a good choice! The place was packed inside and out and we were told it was an hour and twenty minute wait.
